We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.

Since its inception, The Flower Bazaar established itself as a stylish and trusted florist and design studio that delivers on diverse client needs. Thank you for the opportunity to convert you into one of our loyal customers.

Our delivery fees are determined by ZIP code and cover the first arrangement delivered within our delivery range. Each additional item being delivered to the same address is subject to a $5 surcharge. For information and quotes on deliveries to hospitals, as well as Federal, County and Municipal buildings, please call 305 604 3433, and we will be happy to provide one for you.

To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we accept same day orders until 12:00 PM EST (possibly later if the delivery is in our immediate proximity – please call 305 604 3433 to confirm). We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:30 PM. We do our best to meet these delivery deadlines, but we cannot accommodate a specific time, since delivery routes are arranged based on efficient routing, traffic and road conditions, other deliveries to the same area, etc. Please allow for flexible delivery times during peak events, such as Art Week (Art Basel), Boat Show and others.

If a specific delivery time is necessary, we may try to arrange a dedicated-timed-delivery, for a charge starting at $30 and determined by location and times.

If a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc., a complimentary delivery attempt will be made on the same or the following business day. Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.

Substitution Policy

From time to time, we will substitute some blooms in order to create your arrangement. There are various reasons for this, including availability of flowers, quality control, weather effects on crops, transportation delays. We will take care to maintain style and spirit of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.

In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
