Delivery Policy
We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:30 PM.
We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.
Our delivery fees are determined by ZIP code and cover one arrangement delivered to one location. For hospitals, Federal, County and Municipal buildings, special conditions and surcharges apply (please call 305 604 3433 to confirm).
To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we accept same day orders until 12:00 PM EST (possibly later if the delivery is in our immediate proximity – please call 305 604 3433 to confirm). We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:30 PM. We deliver within a 4 hour time window, and we cannot accommodate a specific time, since delivery routes are arranged based on efficient routing, traffic and road conditions, other deliveries to the same area, etc.
If a specific delivery time is necessary, we may try to arrange a dedicated-timed-delivery, for a surcharge starting at $30 and determined by location and times.
Please allow for flexible delivery times during peak events, such as Art Week (Art Basel), Boat Show and others.
If a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc., a complimentary redelivery attempt will be made on the same or the following business day. Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.
